Thank you for taking care of my son. The staff at this facility went above and beyond to care for my son when he had an ear infection. Great bedside manner, very polite and caring staff. Would recommend to anyone!!! more

Like most of the reviews, I have few complaints about the service. My daughter was diagnosed quickly and treated well. How can you put a price on your child's comfort, right? Well, they do. A high price. A VERY high price. \r \r We were there a total of one hour in which my daughter was diagnosed with a sinus infection. This was flu season so we didn't want to play around with whatever it was she had. We paid the $100 ER fee at the door but when the final bill came after Blue Cross/Blue Shield paid their part, we were out of pocket a total of $550. Including what our insurance paid, it was around $1000 to get a script for an antibiotic.\r \r We've had good and bad ER service so as that goes, this was a good experience. But be prepared to pay. more

I am very pleased with the staff at FCER. I had to go for a second time in less than a month. I had the same doctor whom I adored the first time and was pleased to have him again. The nurse was one of the kindest and sweetest nurses I have ever encountered. The entire staff is incredible and very helpful. I would recommend to anyone. more

The service I received at this location is remarkable. With me being new to the area I had no idea where to go to received quick reliable treatment. Against the wishes of a friend, I went to another location only to have a three hour wait. We left that Urgent Care Center and when to you guys. The staff was friendly and everyone was knowledgeable and quick. If I'm ever in need of care I will always bring my family here. more

I brought my daughter to First Choice Emergency room on September 19 to check a shoulder injury she received playing volleyball. This is the second time we have used First Choice and I am happy to say its is the best urgent care I have ever received. Very fast and helpful. We never have had to wait long and were in and out within 2 hours or less.\r \r Thanks again!\r Amy Vincer\r more

you aways hear that if you go to an emergency you are almost better of not going due to the wait time. But this one has totally over exceeded that by getting in and out in 45 minutes. Very painful to go there but grateful that they took such good care of me. i would say i was high satisfied there and would recommend it is you ever need an ER more

Why is it that kids get hurt on weekends? Well thank goodness that FC ER is in my neighborhood.. The staff and doctor were friendly made my kid feel comfortable. Just like another reviwer there is no waiting and so fast that I didn't fill out the paperwork quickly enough. FC is VERY CLEAN! My kid thought the murals were very cool in the waiting area and patient room and wanted to go back for check-up just to see the paintings, lol.\r Thanks again for your services as well as for the pleasently surprising follow up call on a Sunday to see how my kid was doing. Wow! first time ever an ER calls for a follow up on how one is doing. more

Tonight, I had to pay an unexpected visit to First Choice Emergency Room for a child that got hurt. We were in and out in now time(less than an hour with Xrays, taping, and examination) with great instructions on how to care for a broken toe, and a swollen purple foot. Would recommend to my peers anytime, and would return if the situation arises that ER services are needed. more

Visited First Choice ER last week when my son tripped while jogging and broke his finger. We waited about three minutes for him to be seen -- nurse, doctor and Xray tech were all extremely professional and proficient. The doctor is clearly a perfectionist -- took three sets of Xrays and set adjusted the finger twice to make sure it would heal properly. At our follow-up with the orthopedist, he said the ER doctor did a perfect job of repositioning the finger and setting the cast. I could not be happier with our experience there. more

My son is 6 and I took him to First Choice Emergency Room. That was the best thing that I ever did. They treated him so good. Doctor and her staff were great. Took care of our needs. First Choice Emergency Room will always be my first choice. Thank You!! more

Best Emergency Room in Austin area! 1/5/2012

As soon as we walked in Nicki greeted us and was soon brought back by nurse Lisa. Dr. Nieto was in the room almost instantly then we were taken to CT by Steven. This is the fastest I've ever been seen in an ER. The whole facility smelled and looked very clean. I will definitely tell all my friends about First Choice. Dr. Nieto is funny and friendly. He made me more comfortable with his sense of humor. Thanks for being in Georgetown. more
