I was in extreme pain with my wisdom teeth. I got in the same day and was out of pain. The Dr. was caring and the staff made me feel great!! Would definately recommend to a friend more

Surgery was in March. As of September, bone/tooth fragments are STILL working their way out. After surgery, the nurse was asked how everything went and the reply was "fine" and we were rushed out the door. More time was needed for coming out of the anesthesia as was soon discovered, but we were shoved out the door nonetheless. After MUCH pain, and a couple of phone calls to the office about medications, the truth finally came out that the surgery was difficult. Had we been told that they had a difficult time, and there may be complications because it was a difficult surgery, we could have been prepared for them. Doctor also treated me like an idiot when I went back in for follow ups. I will be seeking a second opinion. I’ve NEVER been treated this badly by a doctor before. It’s people like this that give the good doctors a bad reputation. more

I took my mom to Dr First to evaluate and remove two lumps she had in her mouth. She is hard of hearing and he took the time with her to make her understand what she needed to have done. She was not scheduled to have surgery that day but because he had the time, he was able to do it the same day. His staff were great and everything was explained in great detail before it was done. Her insurance coverage was checked and all fees were explained before doing any procedure. I would not hesitate to refer any of my family or friends to his office. I give them credit for a well run office, the cleanest I have seen in a while. All the staff, from the front to the back were very professional but at the same time made you feel at home. They have a wow factor of 10. more
