AWESOME!!! These guys are HONEST! my 4wd was not working so i took it in. The reported a dirty sensor, no charge! They totally could have screwed me out of big money, and didnt!!! THANK YOU!!! more

Nothing like sitting around a tire shop for 2 hours and they got as far as pulling the car in and removing the hub caps. The guy at the desk was upset when I asked them to put the hub caps back on because I was done waiting for a diagnostic and was leaving. Awful customer service- I asked several times how it was coming along-twice he asked me what car was mine! If you visit this store-be prepared to leave angry. more

I've done business with these people for years. I was always cautious, knowing that they'll try to nickle and dime you for everything. I would get a total price with all the hidden details before having them do anything and they never charged me more. I thought I was safe, but they got me, too. I bought 4 tires on sale with 90 days the same as cash-at least that's what the salesman told me. The condition was that you had to use the Firestone credit card and pay within 90 days. I paid in full with 2 payments within 58 days of receiving my bill. Now they are trying to charge me interest and $50 late fees. Not only is this business dishonest, but their finance division as well. I had them cancel my credit card and told them I would take my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same! more

The guys here do good work but they will work you for every dime. I bought a set of tires here and they tacked on a bunch of extras with out talking to me about it. I would not go back and if they had not slid the extended tire warranty in on me I could stay away from them. more

I don't like Firestone. I will not take my carse here and I don't recommend them to any one. I don't like feeling like a car place has taken advantage of me. My van was low on brake fluid so I took it into Firestone Tire. They said they would fill up the brake fluid and do a brake inspection for $19.99. They told me I needed $600 of brake work done immediatly. I decided to go home and decide what to do later. My van was still low on brake fluid. After charging me $19.99 for an inspection, they had forgotten to fill my brake fluid. I took it to another local shop. They inspected my brakes for free and told me there was nothing wrong with them. The only problem I had with my brakes was low brake fluid. I PROS: Location CONS: Rip Off more
