I was unfortunate enough to hit a curb and cause damage to my front driver's side tire--a good chunk was knocked out, leaving it driveable but in need of replacement. My car is fairly new, so these were factory tires. I drove to Firestone in the hopes of finding a suitable replacement (I have Bridgestone tires). The guy there was very patronizing. The closest tire they had to mine was going to be $150+. He, in the goodness of his heart, could make me a great offer on his house brand for $75, though it wasn't anything like my tire, not my speed rating, and was only a 40,000 mile tire! Yeah, thanks a lot! I will not be doing business there again. I found a much better deal and quality *honest* service at Top Line Tires in Madison.
