This place has some of the rudest, nastiest managers and staff I've ever seen. Sure, this place is spacious, beautiful, and clean, but there is no reason for a LITTLE BOY in a suit to berate people. I've seen this on numerous occasions, from different staff members. I'll never return to this casino again! more

I went to a concert at the Grand last night and it was AWESOME!! The employees were TERRIFIC and VERY helpful. I loved that the security guards were effective, but polite. The concert was terrific!! I love Indian casino concerts, because the setting is so intimate. Even if you are on the front few rolls at most arenas you cannot get as close to the artist as you can here. The casino allowed Bret Michaels to sell tickets to a meet and greet which was INCREDIBLE!! I love that the Grand sells actual seats so that it is not a free for all general admission. Overall I had a great time and my husband and I are already planning the next concert we want to go to. Good job Grand! more

To worsen the situation of smokers attempting to kill you with second hand smoke and make you puke from cigars they blow rank smoke out on you with they also have a very hateful floor person with thin red hair. Older rude woman whose head you can see through the hair. She is highly rude, coarse and doesn't care how she insults you. My daughter had match play on her card and this woman walked over to the machine I was saving for my daughter, wrote on a pad, then had someone remove her $10 match play that was activated on her card! This place is not caring nor appreciative of their clients that play there. TOO MANY EMPLOYEES that just stand around talking and they take our money to pay for it. That's WASTE of our time and money. We don't even get to play the games. Go to Win Star they gave me TWO nights free in their World Casino Resort Hotel, FOUR complimentary buffet meals and $250.00 rewards to go and play on for free. This beat the Lake of FIRE GRAND any day and the people are FRIENDLY, not hateful like the rude red headed woman. more

The gaming commissioner had to come in and shut some machines down they are so tight! They want YOU to pay for the car they are giving to ONE person! Why should I have to pay for THEIR car? I'm not going to get it, I haven't won a car in all the time I've gone there, never been drawn for a hot seat EITHER. It's a scam. The manager's kid will probably get it. You have to be there at a certain time and hope they call your name, give you a 'key' to see if it's the right one? NOT ONCE have they EVER called me for a hot seat in all the years they have been open! They don't let the locals win very often unless they go around yelling in the place to discourage others from playing. NOW they bus in the METH heads from midwest city! Nasty smokers smut smeared all over the machines, you can't breathe for their disgusting SMOKE and Cigars! They are mean! You play for a jackpot and the instant someone else sets down THEY win it to spite you! Smokers are rude, they see you not smoking but they plop down right next to you and blow their smoke on you. The nastiest place to go for a fun time. It's NOT fun to be robbed by the GRAND THEFT GROUP. Their machines are so tight for regular players it's disgusting. Only the VIP ROOM hits for the high rollers they pick and choose like the ones they let win the cars! This place is totally corrupt. It belongs in the lake of fire! PERMANENTLY. more

I've been going there since it opened, it's not fun when they bait you, let you win awhile then turn on you. They have the machines overly programmed to not hit if you put your card in and you've ever won an elderly man told me plus, I watched them program them with laptops. They let you win then keep you from winning! I've NEVER been called for a hot seat drawing while I was there. They know if you are there or not, they watch everything you do with the camera invasion, they even watch you in the restroom. A man was murdered by kicking, bullying black suits about 2 years ago in the men's restroom while his mother screamed to let her in to help him, give him his meds. He was handicapped, they would not let her in, they kept kicking him until he died I was told by family members. I have sat next to a woman that had too much to drink, she kept drowsing off while playing. Two of the suits, men, kept harassing her, telling her they would have the police pick her up if her friends didn't come down stairs to get her. It made me angry, they were so mean to her, I began talking to her like she was with me and those goons took off and left her alone. She just needed someone to talk to her a little while until she regained her composure. It's not her fault those skanky dressed waitresses gave her too much to drink! The supervisor over the waitresses is a super jerk. He just about ran me over one day, not looking where he is going and treats the girls like they are slaves! Riles me, I do not like women abusers. Those girls don't get paid by him, they live on the TIPS! If you don't tip them they don't eat. They run their legs off and have to dress like sluts for tips only. MSPIGS. The slots are tightened, programmed to play tight even though the casino takes in millions of dollars a week. They like to brag someone wins a jackpot! I haven't won a jackpot in over TWO years! They took out all the fun machines and put in disgusting ones too high tech and stengy to let you play so why go? The food in the buffet is horrible for mid day meals, cheap and nasty. They shut down between 3:00pm and 5:00pm when they begin to charge more then put out the fresher things. They are so tight they took out the automatic towel dispensers in the bathrooms! No excuse for it we pay out the pocket just to use the restroom. Machines won't even play for pleasure let alone win money. The only ones that get drawn or win anything are the ones they know or want to impress like the doctors and lawyers that go there. I should know, mine go there or did until they got so darn TIGHT! Stop buying new machines people hate because they won't play and leave the ones people stand in line for because they will play Lake of FIRE GRAND. You gave money illegally to an illegal that had no legal ID!!! That was wrong too! He won at the FUSSION. It's still corrupt and unfair. more

We were in the area and tried FireLake Grand for the first time last night. The place is awesome. I can't beliee I've been passing it by all these years. I signed up for the players club and got some play offers for being a newby. Also, the sport grille has amazing food. I got the chicken wings and my buddy got the angus burger... both were some the best we've ever had. Valet parking was unexpected and great too. I highly recommmend! more

I really like going out to FireLake Casino. The table dealers are really friendly and I like the Sports Grill a lot. They always have a great grand prize giveaway (like a car or something) and some pretty cool concerts as well.\r I like going with a group of friends to the outside lounge area. It's a great place to catch up. My favorite slot game is the Ebay game and I've tried Keno too. I get the coupons in the mail along with the events calendar so I would recommend catching what's going on. \r \r If you need a night out on the town, FireLake is it! more

I recently visited Firelake Grand Casino for a night out with my wife. From the moment we stepped through the door it seemed like Las Vegas. The buffet was fabulous with so many options we could not try them all. I play blackjack and my wife like to play slot machines. The blackjack dealers were friendly and I even won a little money. My wife on the other hand won a couple of hundred bucks and wants to come back more often. With the experience we had we will be back soon. more

I am a truck driver and have stopped at Firelake many times over the past 2 years. The first time I would get into the bonuses on slots and get up a little and lose it back, but got to spend a lot of time playing. The second time I got a couple of good hits and left with more money than I went in with. Since then, they have not added the new popular machines other casinos have, moved the ones that were pretty decent, and now NONE of the machines will pay out anything. If you get a bonus, and only get a couple bucks for it, consider yourself lucky at this casino, since the machines are geared so tight, I would imagine their payout is in the 70% range or lower. And once a casino moves a machine, they've done that for a reason... if your favorite machine has been moved, you can count on it not playing like it did before. I suggest that if you are considering playing at FireLake Grand Casino, DON'T DO IT. Pros: LOOKS nice Cons: You simply cannot win more

You put your money in over and over to get the same results, NOTHING. They think you came there to give them all you have to support their over staffed casino of mindless thugs that beat to death a young man at Christmas time. Beat him to death I heard! I've seen the goons in black harassing a woman playing a machine after the waitress served her too many drinks. They didn't leave her alone until a group of us sat next to her and talked to her as if she were with us. They looked then left while she played as long as we were there. Don't trust this place, they will burn you! Pros: This is one of the worst slots and food in the Buffet. Cons: Even worse entertainment machines that won't play. more

They will consume you and all you have with their so called 'fire'. They have to pay for all their floor persons that will mug you, harass you if you are under 40 and murder you in their bathrooms from what I have heard if you so much as take a handicapped person there that isn't quite right in their mind, gets drunk from cocktail waitresses pushing their drinks on you. I had to sit next to a drunk woman and talk to her to make the goons leave her alone that kept threatening her as she played though groggy. Watch your step, those people will murder you and try to get away with it as well as steal all your money from you by trickery, scams and nasty tasting foods! I think they FIX their drinks! All I did is drink a coke and nearly passed out! HORRIBLE what indian casinos try to get away with. Do NOT trust them our their drinks. This drink was in the Buffet however under the hands of the staff back there. NO alcohol ordered or tasted, a bitter taste was there then dizziness. KEEP your money at home, it's a waste of time to go to any of the indian casinos. Pott CO owns the Thunderbird Wild West Entertainment also. It's NOT entertainment to get ROBBED just for pushing a button! The machines don't play, just steal at both places. Pros: Fairly clean except for the smokers puffing in your face. I love seeing the Chippendales when they come since it always makes me feel good. My favorite skits are Cowboy and Hero! The guys are so sweet and so easy on the eyes. Ladies you can't miss them when they come here. Also, you can see more of them at Chippendales Backstage online.\r more

I never believed that I would find my all time favorite casino in America right here in my own great state. The staff is very nice and courteous. It is beatiful inside and out and kept very neat and clean. They have an awesome variety of slots and the payouts are good too. They have a cool table games area too. The food at the buffet and the sports bar is the best and the prices are reasonable. The giveaways are awesome too... I have my eyes on a Lexus they are giving away. Has all the best slot titles, They have Blackjack and poker. The sports grill food was outstanding big portions. The RV park was free for the first 3 days when you joined the players club. Sunday brunch in the buffett is a must do. Highly recommend more
