The sandwiches at Firehouse are excellent. The meat is good, the veggies are fresh, and they're served on toasted bread with melted cheese. But DON'T try to special order a sub. They make them behind a tall counter so you can't watch. The reason is that they're completely ignoring your requests for no mayonaisse, or extra pickles. I've never once had a sub made the way I asked at Firehouse. If you like it exactly how it is on the menu.... then I definately recommend it. Plus, they carry about 50 different kinds of hot sauce to make your sandwixh extra firey.
