A recent birthday party found me at the Firecracker, a beg building that I had always been curious about. The decor is appropriate and interesting.
I was the first to arrive of my party, and as I read the menu, I was very confused. I typically love eating out, but on this menu nothing looked good.
When my friends arrived, I was not surprised to find that half the people had already eaten, and planned on only ordering drinks. Those of us who had never been there were the only ones who actually ate. And none of us where happy.
I can't describe what it is, but the food here is just not good. It's spicy in the wrong way, or missing something. I wish I could recommend this restaurant, but I just can't.
