Everybody I spoke to is very nice on the phone and in person, but this place is VERY poorly organized. I've been there twice and both times they had no record of my appointment. Both times they told me they would not accept my extended warranty (and both times they were incorrect, after I spoke with the manager at both Fiore and the VW dealer who sold it to me). They have had my car for 2 days and still have no idea why the check engine light is on, but, they have never called to update me -- I have had to call myself. (meanwhile, I am supposed to be at work)
They have somebody (a very nice man called Gus) who can drive you home or pick you up, but his hours are intermittent, and Fiore doesn't seem to care if you are stranded. My car was kept overnight and I said that would be okay if Gus could come pick me up the next day (to get my car)-- but they did not tell me Gus was not working, so I had to take a cab.
I've been very frustrated with this place. Even though I live in Warwick and it's more convenient, I think I'll go to Scott in East Providence from now on.
