Worst

Check engine service was performed twice but the problem was not solved. I have traded the vehicle. Other service has been performed well in the past.

Four tire mount and balance 10/20/2013

Car rolls perfectly! Lug nut torques were also correct. Even though you're twenty miles from home, your shop is in walking distance to work so it is very convenient to drop off and pick up. Excellent service, thank you! more

I enjoyed making my appt on line for the first time. I have always liked the convenience of dropping my car off the night before or early morning for standard maintenance ( oil change, check ups) and picking it up at my conveniece. Finns is great about communicating and providing options. This time the visit was flawless for my 75000 mile check up- just oil change, winter wiper blades ( I wanted) and no other needs. The work was done by 9 am. I was happy to have a good checkup. Finns is an affordable way to keep a car in tip top shape! more

The customer importance to Finn's Garage is not found in other garages. 10/1/2013

I was surprised and pleased that I received a $10 coupon for a return repair on my second visit as well as the money saved under the original estimate when some work was found to be unnecessary to complete the repair. Any other garage would have done it anyway. more

Malibu 06 up and running 9/25/2013

my son's 06 malibu was sitting in his grandmother's garage for 18 months without running. Finn's towed the car and got in running and inspected and back on the road for him. thanks! more

I have been a customer of Finns for many years. They have always done great work on my cars. Their prices are reasonable and they are very honest. It is sometimes hard to find a garage you trust but these guys are very trustworthy. more
