High school kids running the store. Attitude when I have questions, made the mistake of buying from them once and will not again. Sales were ok but service after the $$$ is hand...

Josh here is very customer oriented. He answered the phone when I called for a solar cover (16'). At first he said there was one in stock- before I left my house (Clifton Springs). He called back and said to save a trip. He said we can have it tomorrow. He called back one more time to say he found one. more

Happy with our new hot tub!!! 5/3/2014

We have several neighbors that have hot tubs and they had the kind that Finger Lakes pools sold. They highly recommend them and we stopped in last month when they had their April sale. We went with a Beachcomber hot tub and we absolutely love it. They put it in for us with no problems what so ever. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. We didn't really check around for the price but we are very satisfied and the service was exceptional! more

Every time I have a question regarding my pool I stop in and bring my water sample for them to test it. Nobody complains or anything, and its FREE! And usually the owner Bob is around too, the boss! more

They have opened and closed my pool for years now and take care of it in a timely manor. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff and are always there when you need them, I have no issues at all. more

Finger Lakes Pools & Spas is professional & friendly 9/23/2009

I was amazed at the service and knowledge of the staff here. They spent a lot of time explaining how to maintain my new pool ( which the company I bought it from this year wouldn't return my calls). All I can say is that honesty and a smile from these folks was really refreshing with all the negative going on in the world today. I only wish I knew about them before going to the city retailers for my pool purchase. Thanks Finger lakes! And my children thank you too!! more

I go there for all my pool supplies they are great. I find they are cheaper then alot of places and they are very professional. They are also very hepful getting u what u need for your pool after testing the water. I won't go anywhere else but there. more

Called them today and got instant free advice. They spent a lot of time on the phone with me. I didn't even buy my pool from them. They were helpful and very professional. All my pool business goes to them from now on. more

i recently purchased a pool from them and was a bit hesitant do to their size, i have always gone to the city for big purchases.. but there staff was very knowledgable and very honest about how things worked when having a pool constructed. and after comparing prices they actually saved me money and the installation was perfect.. i am hoping to purchase a spa from them as well... they are "top-notch" more

Good company 11/11/2005

I buy my pool supplies here sometimes. It is a little more expensive then Walmart but they are more knowledgeable. If you need your pool water tested they will do it for free. more
