Beyond Poor 2/5/2011

Never again., Thought that I would use the service again after a very disappointing weeding job on my Great Grand Mothers prized flow bed on east side of the lake. Poor work the weeds where left out in the front yard. No removal. The contract was to remove the weeds the immature boy that worked in the had been on the phone constantly. The language used to a female reprehensible. My Great Grand Mother of 91 informed my to try them again to remove snow after dispelling attempt to remove 3 inches of snow and demolishing an antique bucket. I would not contract them to build a bird house. Grammy wonders what has happened to the with out papers. more

Shoddy Work & No Response 8/14/2010

They installed a small stone patio and dug a dry well for us. The dry well and associated lawn repair went well, but the patio job was done very poorly. The ugly joint compound was left all over the stones, masking the stones and making it look permanently messy. In other parts, the joint compound did not set and is just like loose sand that is quickly eroding away. The mortar border all around is also developing cracks and coming away from the stone. Overall, it is a job that looks like it was not done by a professional.\r \r The worst part is that the company has refused to respond to repeated requests for them to come and fix their work. And this is despite their often repeated guarantee on all of their work. We've called them three times in the past year to ask them to come look at the patio and see what can be done to fix it, but they haven't even returned our call. They may be okay for mowing lawns, but I would recommend that everyone stay away from hiring them for anything more

They may be okay for mowing lawns, but I would recommend that everyone stay away from hiring them for anything bigger than that. They did a great job in the sales phase of the transaction. We were impressed by what they said and the brochures they showed us. However, this was not followed up by good work and these are not responsible business people. more
