Otta seal outside Sunriver, OR - Job POORLY Done 5/20/2016

The homeowners are still amazed that Vic Russell construction has not done anything to repair the botched job of Otta sealing they did in our community in the fall of 2015. They did the work when the weather was too warm, they failed to use a pneumatic roller and the materials they used were sub-standard. The result is oil seeping through, dust flying and our roads destroyed. All this after paying a large sum of money for a chip-seal like job. Beware of using this company. They appear to be in it for the buck! more
