Informative and Good. 6/17/2011

Our experience at Findlay Toyota was very informative and good. It took awhile to find what we were looking for, but our sales person Ron Glenn helped us to find the exact car we were hoping to find. We had a couple of hiccups in finance, but everyone treated us more than fair. We are happy with the overall outcome. more

RIP OFF ARTISTS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS 6/3/2011

I think the positive reviews on here are phony. These people lied to my face -- including John Barr. They tried a bait and switch with the contract papers. They stalled so I wasted four hours there, thinking we would reach a deal, because they thought I'd just give up and pay more rather than start over elsewehre. They pretended they'd do my price, but then kept sneaking in a higher price into the paperwork, claiming it was a mistake, that they'd re-do the paperwork, etc., for HOURS until they finally had to admit they would not do my price and I'd have to come up higher. Needless to say, I walked out. The people who lied to me including John Barr himself -- total snake. Can I give them zero stars? more

I just had the most fabulous experience at Findlay Toyota and want the world to know!!! The sales associate Jeff Rubalcava was so happy to help with everything I needed that I wanted to stay there longer. That?s how good the time there was, which may sound crazy but I didn?t want it to end!!! more

My overall experience with Findlay Toyota was ?fantastic?. My sales experience couldn't have been any better. When we first moved here we found out about Findlay through television, radio, newspaper and the internet. My sales consultant was none other than the great internet sales manager Mr. Ron Glenn. I would only buy my Toyota from Findlay Toyota and tell everyone I know to only buy from Findlay Toyota?. There; now how?s that for a survey answer!!! Now what do I get? more

Best car buying experience ever! 4/20/2011

From the minute I walked onto the car lot, everyone was polite and everyone was helpful. My sales agent Ralph S. was very knowledgeable and was able to answer almost all of my questions, and if he didn't know the answer he would find out! No one was ever pushy! Even the guy in the finance office was helpful, and actually was pretty funny to talk to making the whole experience a pleasure! 4 of my friends have also had the best car buying time they ever had! I will come back for sure! I would also like to thank Rick Glenn for being so helpful when I needed it most. I'm really happy with my new Tacoma! Jeff more

Worst Dealership ever in the USA!!! I wouldn?t even put a star.. Here?s the story? JOHN BARR, who claims he'll do anything to sell you a car, but that is twisted advertisement of, ?WE DO EVERYTHING TO RIPP YOU OFF? to see if he will honor the original deal and he Said you can take the new deal or we wont do business? FINDLAY TOYOTA is a totally dishonest dealership and I will never buy nor recommend this place to anyone.. OH YEAH JOHN BARR WILL TRY TO SELL or LEASE A CAR for five years when they see you are in big trouble, and need a car very desperatly!!! more

Worst Dealership in Town 9/20/2010

Worst Dealership ever!!! I wouldn t even put a star..Heres the story..We go in to buy a Venza fully loaded on 6/16/10. They tell us they have to order it and it will be in 7/21/10..When the day comes we call to see if our car has arrived. the managers assistant say we didnt know the deal went through..so they order it again and said it will be in around August 30. August 30 comes and they ordered the WRONG car. Then they have the nerve to say we can order the correct car but the interest rate for month that the car comes in will double making our payment $200 more than originally planned...and we spoke to JOHN BARR,who claims he'll do anything to sell you a car, to see if he will honor the original deal an he Said you can take the new deal or we wont do business..FINDLAY TOYOTA is a totally dishonest dealership and we will never recommend this place..OH YEAH JOHN BARR WILL TRY TO SALE A CAR BY MENTIONING THAT HE HAS THE LARGEST WAREHOUSE..WHO CARES.. more

RUDE AND UNTRUTHFUL 7/15/2009

MY HUSBAND AND I RECENTLY WENT PURCHASED A USED VEHICLE FROM FINDLAY, THREE DAYS LATER THE AIR CONDITIONING STOPPED PUSHING OUT FREON, WHEN WE EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO THE SALESPERSON, HE TOLD US HE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT YET THE PRICE WE PAID INCLUDED WORKING AIR CONDITIONING. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW ANY ""REPUTABLE"" DEALERSHIP COULD HAVE THE NERVE TO SELL A VEHICLE TO SOMEONE KNOWING THERE MIGHT BE PROBLEMS WITH THE AIR CONDITIONING, AND NOT DISCLOSE THE INFORMATION. ALSO IT WAS PATHETIC THAT THE RAPPORT THAT THIS SALESPERSON TRIED TO BUILD WITH US WAS BASED ON HIM BEING FROM THE SAME AREA AS US AND THAT HE'D LOOK OUT FOR US. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. THE DESK MANAGERS AREN'T OF ANY HELP EITHER, THEY DON'T DEAL WELL WITH DIFFICULT SITUATIONS AND TALK TO YOU LIKE THE CUSTOMER IS AN INCONVENIENCE! JOHN BARR EVEN HAS AN ATTITUDE.
