Understanding service 4/7/2014

I am having trouble with the steering wheel returning to the driver position before I engage the transmission. The service people could not find a "fix" for the problem but were kind enough to put my name on a list if the Hyundai technicians find a way to fix this problem. more

Recall Repair - Latches 3/27/2014

Only 3 of the latches were available when repair was started, but we were told all 4 were in stock. We had to waste 2 days of going back and forth for the recall repair. The car was not washed, nor was any compensation offered by Findlay Hyundai. more

We love the ease and thoroughness of service. The service manager Jim Jones is terrific and runs a first class operation. We keep buying cars from these guys mainly because of Jim and his team. more

Friendly and knowledgeable customer service 11/27/2013

All employees that I have worked with over the past 7-8 years at this dealership have been courteous and knowledgeable. You get what was promised or they do it over. I would highly recommend this dealership and do recommend them on a daily basis to family and friends. This is a well run shop from this customers standpoint. more

Doesn't honor 100,000 miles warranty 11/23/2013

Less than 4 weeks after they did a coolant flush, oil change, etc. The car broke down. Cracked or hole near neck of radiator. Apparently their mechanics are not observant enough to notice this. Currently car in shop going on 10 weeks and they are refusing to pay any repairs totaling over $5000 so far. more
