Fiesta Jalisco has been a favorite of me and my husband's for a simple yet delicious night out for a while until our last visit about two weeks ago. They used to offer pitcher margaritas but they were no longer on the menu. I guess maybe one has to ask but I am sure they were listed previously. The chips and salsa are plentiful and the waitstaff is efficient and friendly. The food is normally quite tasty, but this time around, my entree; the cheese enchiladas left me disappointed. The red sauce was sweet (??) and the food was overloaded with onions. A little onions are a good thing but too many, well....that is a different story. I would love to go back but maybe just for drinks. I hope my dinner was just a fluke because the folks at Fiesta Jalisco can really shine. Here's hoping.....
