Basketball season 8/20/2004

During basketball season the Fieldhouse is full of Jayhawk fans. This is the next to best place to be during a game to have fellow Jayhawkers next to you. Pros: atmosphere, value, good food more

Wed and Fri Nite Music 6/6/2003

Cool sports bar but even cooler music at night. Wednesday and Friday nights, they have a DJ playing tunes and letting people sing karaoke. You get on stage pretty fast and the DJ's are good about taking requests for songs ranging from classic rock to eighties to hip-hop. Young, attractive college crowd. Decent M/F ratio. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! THE DAY BARTENDER IS A JOKE. THE BAR WAS NOT BUSY AND HE TOOK 15 MINUTES TO GET MY BEER. AND THEN HE FORGOT MY FOOD ORDER. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL TELL ALL PEOPLE THAT I KNOW NOT TO GO THERE. AND YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER, UNLESS YOU DONT LIKE GOOD SERVICE. more

    Aging Jayhawks and neighborhood pals watch any one of 26 televisions broadcasting professional and college sports. It's a laid-back sports joint, and the bar is separate from the lower-key dining room, keeping the sometimes rowdy crowd from the families enjoying lunch or dinner.

    The Draw
    A small selection of domestics share space with imports on tap and more than 25 bottled brews. If beer doesn't catch your attention, the full bar also provides various drink options. Enjoy above-bar-quality menu options that include munchies and heavier fare. The signature spinach dip mixes spinach, Jack cheese and various spices to whet the appetite. Six different types of wings fill the spectrum from sweet to spicy. Sandwiches, hamburgers, pizza, beef entrees and one of the biggest salads in the area round out the menu.
