Buyer Beware of FOD 1/31/2009

Cannot speak of this store but my experience with a FOD store in Chicago and corporate customer service tells me never to trust FOD. Purchased a Chicago Bulls team signed basketball 10 years ago and decided to have it authenticated by PSA/DNA so I could try and sell with confidence to a more fervant fan than myself. Was shocked to get the results back indicating that they could not verify the autographs due to all of the irregularities. Have since written 2 letters with copies of everything to the President of FOD and have not had the courtesy of any response whatsoever. more

Buyer Beware of FOD 1/31/2009

Will not bash this location but COA is as worthless as paper it is written on. Purchased a Chicago Bulls team signed ball from FOD in Chicago 10 years ago and found out recently when I tried to have authenticated by PSA/DNA, so I could sell with confidence, that signatures were not real. Have sent 2 letters to FOD President and do not even get the courtesy of a response. Letters simply laid out the facts with receipts and all and asked for a response. more

I use this store to find collectibles for my son. This store carries autographed items for many different athletes and stars. Everything has a guarantee that it is authentic. They always have something that interests me or my son. They carry unique signed jerseys that make great keepsakes for anyone. I have found very priceless items in here that I would love to buy. more

This store carries autographed items for many different athletes. Everything has a guarantee that it is authentic. I had a great experience with this store because they found a picture I needed and had it shipped to this location. I also purchase their baseball holders for baseballs we get signed. more
