From the initial inquiry through service completion, the crew at this company delivered one of the best service experiences I've had in a while. The phone agents handled my call promptly and professionally; the technicians were consultative and helped me understand my issue before I decided to use their services. Dan came out for the service call. Within ten minutes of his departure, I received a follow up call from Tommy--who was on vacation! That sealed the deal for me. technician was the technician who actually installed our new coils. He had a great attitude and approached his work like a seasoned craftsman. Kudos to this company management for selecting and developing such a great team and service mindset. this company is my go to shop for any future issues. I would definitely recommend them for any garage issue. more

he worked quickly and got my door working like new 8/16/2014

I called this garage door company after reading the reviews on the internet. They came out same day and changed out our broken garage spring. I ran to the store so I didn't meet the guy, but my husband was home. He said he was friendly, worked quickly, and thoroughly. He also explained we need to oil the spring to help prevent it from breaking again. If your garage is broke they can fix it! more

very professional he diagnosed the problem and it was fixed in no time 8/9/2014

I called this company garage door services and was promptly set up for an appointment. Technician called ahead, was a few minutes early, and exceeded expectations. I was told my garage door was messed up by a family handyman and technician had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. As a result of his efforts, I now have a garage door that runs smoothly and very quietly with no issues! Before he left, he made sure all questions and concerns were answered and even assisted in programming the remotes. Awesome job. more

Joe was very professional and courteous 7/20/2014

Joe was very professional and courteous in his explanation of what fixes were required for a smoother door operation and minor repairs. His style was not a hard sell but was very informative. Based on this explanation my wife and I agreed to his recommendations and he performed the work. He did it quickly and efficiently and showed me how everything was now working before he left our house. Would recommend this company more
