Best value in town! I have all my policies with Joanne and she really does an outstanding job finding the best prices and policies! The entire staff is helpful and attentive and are always eager to help you. I also see her and her staff contributing to comunity events. Like a good neighbor... she is there! Great friendly service. Worked with Carolyn on securing insurance for a home near the beach. Most carriers wouldn't insure the home but Carolyn was able to insure the home quickly, well before closing. Very friendly, very competent, and very approachable. Would recommend and use again. more

Susan is awesome! I have been with FIC in Weston for more than 10 years, and Susan really makes it easy to deal with insurance issues. I know I can go to her with any insurance need or question and she will provide a prompt and knowledgable response. Great Service When it came down to what I needed for insurance, FIC's staff were there. With everyone trying to save every dollar they can, they were able to save me over a thousand dollars a year. Peter's staff is always there and knowledgeable about any of your needs. Incredible service!!! I needed to transfer my car insurance from Ohio. It has been a while since I have reviewed my plan so Sam walked me through the details and explained how to think about it now that I'm living in Weston, Florida. He also advised me to make an appointment at the BMV so that I don't spend an entire day waiting to transfer my title and driver's license. more

All around great service with a personal touch. 4/18/2012

Since we moved to Weston we needed to change our commercial insurance for our company and was able to save quite a bit of money. From there, it was a no-brainer for us to move our personal (renter's, auto, health, jewelry) over to FIC Insurance. FIC has helped in giving us good advise on where and how we can save money on our policies. They always answer the phone, always make time to meet personally with his us, and really cares about providing the best possible service. We have recommended FIC Insurance Agency to others and they too have stuck with them since they became their agent. more
