When a pipe in our garage burst, we called a few companies to get someone out to help us. Ferrari Plumbing was the only company that was able to send someone out on that same day, actually within an hour of calling. He came out and promptly fixed the pipe. He was worried that it might burst again so instead of just leaving, he actually took time to study the pipe and propose a solution. He proposed installing a shutoff valve, which has solved the entire issue. So, for just a few more dollars, we were so appreciative that he offered us a long term solution instead of just a quick fix. David Zima more

I just dealt with Ferrari Plumbing the one time, and it was a one shot deal. I found them when I did a search on the web when I needed to replace a water heater, and that's it. I went with them because of their locality, and the timeliness of the service. In the end, it was fine, and very timely. more

Ferrari Plumbing has done 3 emergency repairs for me. His willingness to come when there is an emergency at no extra charge, like at 2 A.M., is greatly appreciated. His follow up is excellent, and if he sees something nearby that needs a little tweaking, he will do it at no extra charge. One time he replaced a disposable sink that was obviously broken at our house. We had never been able to get the full force on the hot water side of that sink. He noticed the issue, took it apart, made an adjustment, and now for the first time since we bought it, the sink works well. That is what I mean when I say that he pays attention if something is not right. He makes sure that when he leaves we are totally satisfied. I am really impressed with his response time. The overall experience, from the first call, to the time it took to get out, to the actual work, was far better than anybody we had used before. When he gets to the job the work is excellent and is never rushed or slapped together. more

Ferrari Plumbing was on time, and the plumber did a great job. He cleaned up very nicely, it was a very complete clean up, and the job was done quicker than we thought. Everything was excellent. I rehired him again for another problem that I would normally do myself, and though it cost a little more, it was worth it. He was very polite. One of the things that he did, which he didn't have to do, was put our water softener in a place ready for pickup. We didn't need it anymore, but it was 200 pounds and in the basement. By taking it out he saved me quite a bit of work. more

I tried to clear a plugged sewer line in my house with a rented snake but no luck, so I called Ferrari Plumbing to take a look at it. They arrived when they said they would, they diagnosed the problem and quickly cleared the line. They also helped me with a couple of other smaller problems and when they left everything was working just like new. They also wear personal safety gear to avoid injuries. more

I had Ferrari Plumbing put in a new water heater, and when I needed pluming again I called them because they did such a good job the first time. I had a leak in the bathtub faucet. Ferrari Plumbing installed a whole new shower kit for me. Wes put in copper pipes behind wall. It is all working great; I am very pleased. I feel that they are honest. Wes tries to give options as far as price points. He made sure everything was very clean after the fact. I would recommend them. more

I needed emergency work done on a new water heater. Ferrari Plumbing was there within the hour and had a new water heater installed in two hours, in time for my weekend company to arrive. The service was prompt, fast, and extremely high in quality. They fixed a couple of things that I didn't know were broken from the work of a previous plumber. They cleaned up perfectly when they were done, and the cost was very reasonable. more

My experience with Ferrari Plumbing was very good. They answered the phone the first time I called them, so I did not have to leave a message for them to all me back, which I don't mind but it is nice to receive prompt service. They scheduled me for the same week and the guy who came out was very professional and he was dressed professionally. He explained all the things he need to do, but my husband was not there, so he agreed to reexplain everything to him later rather than having me do it. The job turned out to be bigger than we expected because we have older plumbing, and in doing one thing, other things were affected. But instead of rescheduling when the scope of the project changed, he continued working so the job was finished that day. I have already recommended them to others. more

Ferrari is a good man, I like him a lot. Any plumbing jobs that I have, I will only use Ferrari Plumbing. He did a house for me. He really is an extremely fantastic guy, and I can't say enough about him. He is the type of guy that if you give him a job he will do it to the best of his ability. He doesn't like to come back. The work is slow, almost aggravating, but he will never have to come back. He is a perfectionist at everything and gives 110%. I would rather be aggravated about how long it is taking than have to have plumbers keep coming back. more

Before calling Ferrari Plumbing I went on line to check their standing with Better Business Bureau and not surprisingly they had zero complaints which is hard to find at this day and age. When I called them, our call was pleasantly handled in a very professional way and the job was scheduled for the same day on a short notice with my hectic schedule. When the plumber came out, he was on time, wore shoes covers which I thought was kind of neat, examined the scope of work that needed to be completed, took time to explain everything very clear in details so I knew what was happening. He was very polite and professional in everything he was doing, he even laid a cloth on our floor before working, fixed our leaking toilet and replaced our hot water heater unit that was old and leaking. He cleaned up after himself, gave us some valuable tips and lots of good information which made me feel that he was very knowledgeable in his field. I would definitely recommend them to my friends, family and certainly use them again if needed because the whole process from receptionist to our plumber was smooth, prompt, courteous and honest and best of all my bathroom regained a fresh new smell that I didn't have for a while. When Ferrari Plumbing came out to replace our hot water heater they had to do additional work because there was a difference in height between the two units. Because of the extra work it was also more expensive. I was a little disappointed because of that, but there was nothing we could do. That had more to do with the manufacturer and the change of standards than Ferrari Plumbing. As far of customer service they were fine. The guy they sent out was very professional and answered all my questions. He made sure I understood what the extra work was and why we were doing it. It really wasn't that much more money, I just wish it didn't have to be that way. Since they did the work we have noticed that on the hot end of the water it is hotter than it used to be. This is nice because we get more efficient heating. more

I have been using Ferrari Plumbing for about 10 years now because of their quality work, timeliness, and honesty. They do all of the plumbing and provide the materials (pumps, faucets, sinks, and so on) for high-end custom homes that we build. Everything they have done has been great. We are remodeling our home and our project manager recommended that we use Ferrari Plumbing. Wes was flexible and his bid was highly competitive, the most reasonable of the bids we got. Ferrari Plumbing was very creative, which is important because this is a remodel and we are dealing with old pipes and new pipes. Nothing is straightforward. It has been a really great, very positive experience. I appreciated the kind guys who came out to do the work and liked my dogs. I felt very comfortable with the workers.
