Fenton Hyundai

I turned in my 2011 Equus for a 2014 Equus to this dealership in May 2014. In August 2014, I received a credit alert that Hyundai Motor Finance had reported the old lease as late payments dropping my credit score by 200 points. The dealership made some effort to assist but did not seem concerned. I have letters and emails from HMF that I do not owe any money on the old lease. In August 2014, HMF sent an additional letter asking for 30-60 days for it to fall off my credit report. On October 14th, HMF reported to the credit agencies that they sent the old lease to collections and I was now four payments late dropping my score even lower. The dealership did not return my calls. more

All of the reviews I saw for this place we 5 stars, wonderful, amazing...After dealing with these people I can only assume all of the reviews were written people who work there. I had already had my car checked out by another mechanic who told me what was wrong with it. But beacause my car was still under warranty, the warranty company suggested I get the work done at a Hyundai dealership. The service department had my car for 2 days before diagnosing it. I called to check up numerous times and was passed from person to person, told I would be contacted back, and placed on eternal hold. Nobody would call me back. The more I called the ruder they got, but they would not tell me anything about my car. My estimate ffrom the 1st mechanic was $230 after the warranty was applied to covered parts. By the end of the second day I finally got an estimate from these people for over $5000 after warranty! They also lied to me about repairs, the said things had to be done or my car would not be driveable. Really, because my car drove well when I dropped it off. They believe $10 in fluid should cost $100 to put in. And my original bill tripled once they were done with my car. After talking to my orginal mechanic I feel like such a sucker. Avoid this place unless you've got money to blow, because they will rebuild your new car if you let them more

I had a totally wonderful experience at Absolute Hyundai in Mesquite, TX. Jerry spent as much time with me as I needed. He answered all my questions and concerns. Everyone at Absolute Hyundai treated me with concern and consideration. I am extremely happy with my Elantra and with Absolute Hyundai! more

My service consultant was fabulous!!! While my car is in the dealership, he kept me advised of any issues and my car’s progress. I really appreciated this last service as my car was washed!!! A nice touch. more
