Roof repair was fine; never came out for a contracted cleaning 1/17/2017

I had a roof repair done by Feazel and then I also contracted with them to clean the roof. The roof repair went fine, except that I still had some leakage after the repair and they had to come back out to fix it, but they did get it fixed (I didn't pay for them to come back out) and I haven't had any issues with it since. As for the roof cleaning they never actually got back out here to do it. I originally scheduled with them to do it in November, and when they didn't come out I started checking in with them about every week, and I'd get a call back but nobody ever come out and got it done. So after mid-December when it started getting really cold I just asked them to refund the deposit. They sent the check out to me pretty quickly but it turned out they had made it out to my ex-husband, so I had to call them back and have them redo it because I was the one who'd paid for it. When I let them know that I needed it made out to me they did have it done and back out to me within a week. So, mixed experience - the roof repair was fine, 4 stars, but the fact that they never came out for the cleaning even after a month and a half of me calling gives me a mixed impression. more

Excellent service! 1/3/2017

When we noticed some leaking around the chimney we called Feazel. This was our first experience with them but wanted to give them a try because we see their advertisements all the time. They were great and everything came out perfectly. They responded back to us right away and were prompt & professional the entire time. They did quick, quiet work and have quality people that were so helpful and couldn't be any nicer. They cleaned up as they worked and it doesn't even look like a repair was done; can't tell they were even there! We were completely satisfied with the work and quite impressed with their customer service. Absolutely a 5 star company that we highly recommend! more

Satisfied 12/2/2016

My friend had got her entire roof replaced by Feazel and told me that her experience was satisfactory, so, I decided to hire them to patch up my roof that was leaking. The roofers also checked the rest of the roof and shingles to make sure that everything is working fine. Every last one of the roofers were very nice and considerate and if they made a mess they were sure to clean it up before they left. Lastly, I am very satisfied with the results. more

Better service than expected! 12/1/2016

Feazel replaced three different vents on my roof, all three were bathroom vents. The man who helped came out and told me exactly what he was going to do, explained what the procedure was, and he did a little more than what was expected! He even put ice protection on, and the roof looks great now. He did a great job! He was very nice and professional, you couldn't even tell he was here, since he cleaned up nicely. Feazel followed up later, and asked me if everything was okay, which was nice. I asked questions later on, and they answered the questions to my satisfaction. I'm overall really pleased! more

Exceeded my expectations! 11/3/2016

This was the first time that I have used Feazel and I was quite impressed with their service. They replaced our entire roof, along with the decking, and everything came out looking great. What really stood out to me was just how meticulous they were when they worked, and also, how particular they were with the clean-up. They were so organized, careful, and respectful of our home, and our property. I can't say enough about this company. Everything was completed quickly, and the crew all worked well together in a very efficient, effective manner. Overall, I was very satisfied and would absolutely recommend them very highly! more

My house looks brand new, thanks to Feazel's installation of a new roof, siding and windows. Everything looks amazing, and everyone was efficient and professional. A special call-out to Steve Wilson, who was exceptionally professional and responsive and kept everything on track; Matt Mabe, also exceptionally professional and responsive; and the window installation crew, who were very friendly, took great care with the inside of the house and took the time to explain everything in detail. Absolutely 5 stars!! 10/7/2016

Feazel replaced a roof for me and I really was very impressed. First off, they came out for the roof inspection and the technician was so knowledgeable, and honest as well. I really appreciated that so I set up the appointment. I had to actually work the day they came out, and when I came home, it looked like they hadn't been out. As I prepared to call them to see what's up, my son lets me know that they had already been there, and had finished the roof replacement already! They cleaned up so well that I had no clue they had even been there. That really impressed me! Overall, I am very happy with everything and highly recommend them! more

Long lasting work 10/6/2016

I have to say that the work that the people over at Feazel definitely is made to last. The only time we have to call these guys is for minor maintenance on the roof they put in every couple of years. The guys are always very timely and they get the work done quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend them highly enough. more

The guys over at Feazel have been working with us since the beginning and have done a great job with our roof. I have absolutely no complaints about any aspect of this company. The workers are great and they are excellent at keeping us updated with what is going on. They are absolutely fantastic and dealing with them is definitely a five star experience. more

Aftermath is not great 9/6/2016

The people over at Feazel are really great, but the work that they do is not so much. When we hired them to put on the roof the whole process went very smoothly and initially we were very pleased. The aftermath in dealing with them has not been so great. We have had way too many problems with our roof since they put it in. We have had multiple leaks and the roof is not even that old! We have had to spend a bunch of money on top of what we paid these guys to do the roof initially. I just don't understand how the roof that they put on so recently is having so many problems. more

Great gutter work 8/30/2016

I could not be happier with the work that the people over at Feazel did for me. I needed my whole gutter system replaced and they were able to completely take care of it for me. They were easy to schedule with and they showed up right on time for their appointment. What really surprised me is that they were able to get all the work done in a single day. While it may not seem like much, my new gutters are doing what they are supposed to and have not gotten clogged up so far which makes me a happy camper. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is in need of having their gutters cleaned or replaced! more
