Fat Tuesday

We went there Friday night with some friends - WOW. I had been to Fat Tuesday alot back in college (GOD I'M OLD - ASU '06) It used to be known as the place to go for a frozen drink, they must have remolded or something, there are TV's and flat screens everywhere and a nice liquor display (not just diaquories but they have everything)- it just didn't feel like the same dark dirty bar I remember. The only problem we saw where the was to much liquor to choose from Pros: Everything Cons: Bathrooms more

Wasnt sure when I walked in, but after the first cocktail i was thinking "how many did I have" bartender pours a great deink here. Service was great and the people friendly. would say I would go back if I were in the area, but not go out of my way. So have fun and watch out how many you order it only takes a few. Pros: great drinks more

I have been here several times and each time it has been ok. I love the drinks and the Atomic Cherries. The service has been horrible each time I have been there. Only 3 or 4 people at the bar and we waited 10 minutes for someone to serve us. Not friendly or helpful at all. The security staff was very friendly. We only go in now get a drink, some cherries and leave for better places on Mill. more

So this weekend I went down to Mill Ave to check out Fat Tuesday, everuone I work with was raving about it and it was supposed to be really cool. I went with a few friends some of whom happen to be minorities. Now it all started off really well we were having a good time. Yeah I got a lil drunk and so did my friends. This guy happened to be bartending that night. Come to find out he is the manager. Yes given we got a little loud and a little silly but being a manager you would figure this guy would have at least some semblance of customer service but alas he doesn't. He started calling my friends who happen to be very nice upstanding people really horrid racial names. The other bartender there kept trying to get all the women to go into the restroom with him and take off their tops. What's sad is that some of these stupid drunk college girls actually did it. The problem is that they were in there longer than it takes to show someone your chest for beads. And to make a bad night even worse I blew through a lot of money on watered down liquor. So in all seriousness I do NOT recommend this bar to ANYONE! more

I love the variety of dacqueries from the Dacquerie Factory. DJ was very good. Seemed to be mainly a singles crowd. Pros: wasn't crowded, good drinks Cons: Mostly Young Singles more

I am from the Bay area I loved this place!! water misters outside to keep you cool, nice large crowd, not to mention all the neat drink specialtys behind the bar, thanks for the AZ love! Pros: Great Crowd, Unique Drinks, NICE BAR Cons: NONE, NONE, NONE more

The drinks were awesome!!! The best diaquirs I have ever tasted. The enviroment was cool. It's full of the city buzz. If you go there don't plan on driving. Very wide range of drinks. Although the service could be better. Our waitress looked just was just so excited to be there. Pros: inexpensive, crowded, good drinks Cons: service was lil poor, no parking more
