Fast and Efficient 10/21/2017

My water heater started leaking and I called Home Depot to inquire on purchasing and installing a new heater. They have companies that work with them and they referred me to Fast Water Heater. I got a call from the company and they were very clear on what services and kind of water heater that they can provide. They scheduled me the next day and I met with Erick G. He was called 30 mins before coming and was ready to haul my old heater and replace it with a new one. Erick was very pleasant and funny to work with. I had to ask him to leave my old heater since I had to claim for water damage with my home insurance. He was so nice to let me know that he was willing to come back and pick up the heater once inspection was done. I was very happy and grateful. Erick informed me to just wait for the city inspection since in LA everything has to have a permit and just to call if there are any problems. I highly recommend Erick G. He is very professional and got the job done in 90 mins. I never felt I was taken advantage because I was a woman, which i commend as a company. more

Erick came out and changed the thermo-coupling on the water heater and was fast, courteous and a genuinely nice guy. I will recommend Fast Water Heater to anyone I know that has plumbing issues, thanks for your service! more

I had a great experience working with Fast Water Heater Co. Roberto James Labason, the plumber technician came right on time. His diligence and effort to install the garbage disposal was greatly appreciated. He worked hard to install the disposal and took time to explain how to best care for it. Erick G installed our new water heater on June 16, 2017 and did an excellent job. He was friendly and informative and worked very quickly and efficiently. Fast Water Heater LA County 3/27/2017

Francisco M. was on time and very through and clean with his work. He was able to save me over $ 600 by not having to also install a new water heater shed. He explained to me why the old water has been rumbling so loudly 2+ years now. He followed the proper procedures to install the new heater which the old one was not done to code by previous plumber from a well know family company that is no longer is service. Now my house is quiet and no more rumbling. more
