On Feb 9th I placed a service call through my warranty company ( Choice Warranty )to have my washing machine and sink fixed. The sink seemed to be working fine when they were done but they would have to order a part for the washer. I called Fast Lane a week later to see what the status was and they told me that they had not received approval from Choice. I called Choice who told me they had given them approval on the 9th. A few days passed and Fast Lane finally came out and fixed the washer. Around this time the sink started acting up again so I placed another service call through Choice. More days pass and I hear NOTHING from Fast Lane so I called Choice and they told me that they had not received approval and tried to tell me that I would have to pay them out of my own pocket rather than through Choice. Another call to Choice and I find out that is NOT true at all. I continue to go back and forth between Fast Lane over a week-long period and Choice only to find out that Fast Lane has been LYING to me about approval, etc etc etc. I have never had so much trouble from a company before - they absolutely REFUSED to be cooperative. So now my sink is not fixed and Choice Warranty has suspended Fast Lane's account with them and then are now finding another company to work with me.
