Eli was out today. He called ahead to see if I was home this AM (rather than do an emergency call tonight). I was, so he came over & spent the time to adjust my door. He's always friendly and efficient. I truly appreciate his timeliness in coming this AM instead of tonight, and fixing my problem so my wife doesn't have the door not close or open when I am not home. Thanks again, Eli. amazing job 6/24/2014

Joe was very professional and courteous in his explanation of what fixes were required for a smoother door operation and minor repairs. His style was not a hard sell but was very informative. Based on this explanation my wife and I agreed to his recommendations and he performed the work. He did it quickly and efficiently and showed me how everything was now working before he left our house. Would recommend this company more
