When the springs broke on our garage door recently we were glad that we found this company's number on the inside of the garage door. Not only was the service technician able to come out sooner than we expected (even on a Saturday) but after accessing our door he was very thorough and patient as he explained his recommendations for the replacement of not only our broken springs but the rollers as well. We felt confident in our decision to follow his advice. The door is working better than it has in a long time. My garage door broke today and I thought boy I'm going to get screwed for the repair work since I don't have any experience with any good garage door repair service in the past. I found this garage door company on the internet and was impressed with so many positive feedback. I called this garage door company and Barney picked up the call. He was able to come to the house within 30 minutes and fixed my garage door! Barney not only fixed the door, he also adjusted the alignment and double and triple checked to make sure all parts of the garage door are functioning. He was very detailed and had a great attitude. He didn't even charge me for the parts he replaced. Overall I was very happy with the service and thanks to all reviews for the recommendation of this garage Door Company and Barney. :-) more

We were supposed to go out Saturday night but our garage door was good and stuck. The real problem was that I had a plane to catch the next morning and both cars were in the garage. I called at approximately 5:30, and the person who answered said that someone would come between 9:00 and 11:00. Johnny arrived at 8:30. He was friendly and courteous, and went right to work. He explained what he was doing in a clear way, and offered reassurance about the repair. He represents your company very well and we were glad to have our door running better than before within a couple of hours. more
