These guys are terrible. After getting repair estimates of 12,000.00 they wanted to settle claim for 2,000.00. They took 12 days to get an adjuster out to the house after submitting the claim. Then took another 10 days to send me a settlement offer that will not even begin to cover expenses. These guys are terrible. Go for a real insurance company. We will probably have to find a lawyer just these people to get enough to cover basic repairs that are covered under my policy.
Also when the insurance adjuster did come out, the first thing he did was start listing the things they would not cover. It would have been nice of him to be a little assuring instead of starting things off on such a nasty tone. An insurance company should be helpful and supportive during a disaster, not obstinate and difficult.

After begging for more money, I then asked them to suggest a licensed company that would do the repairs for the amount they quoted us, and the reply was "It is not up to us to find a contractor". If they cannot suggest a contractor to do the repairs for the amount they quote, how on earth did they determine that it was an appropriate amount?
All I wanted was to get my house put back in order, and they refuse to provide any assistance at all.
Pros: This rate on the policy was reasonable, after submitting my first claim in 12 years, I see why!
Cons: Terrible service, unhelpful and unwilling to work with me.
