we will never come again 11/13/2005

We came here for my sons haircut. He has a unique style and he just went in for a trim. Unfortunately when he got home he noticed it was cut very uneven. When we called, they were rather rude, but offered to fix it, but when we got there they insisted he had done something that caused the uneveness at home, which wasn't true because we called within minutes of arriving. We won't be going back. more

Not Thrilled 11/12/2005

I went to Fantastic Sames to get myhair cut and I have to say I'm definately NOT thrilled with this salon. I like my hair trimmed in a specific way, and they seemed to have a problems with the directions I gave them. I don't like alot cut off my hair wether it's in style to have long hair or not. I probably wont' visit them again. more

Not a place I'll go again 11/6/2005

I went here to have my hair cut one, I'll never go back again. They were friendly but I wanted my hair cut a very specific way and they cut it THEIR way in THEIR style, which i didn't like when ti was done. They just don't seem to want to do what their customer wants, and that's important to me when it's something I can't change right away like a hair style cut far too short for my tastes. more
