Worst place ever!!! I had a local coupon...they didn't honor it! (Yet, it came from them!) My son came also. A complimentary shampoo and condition is supposed to be with every cut. They didn't do this for my son. His hair was pulled during the entire cut. The receptionist tried to charge me for a blow dry when my hair was dripping wet! Clearly, I didn't get a blow dry. \r No one spoke English. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I would definitely go to another salon!!!! more

Be very careful before you go here 1/27/2008

This is specifically for the Fantastic Sam's on 26th & Santa Monica Blvd, but I just got the worst haircut of my life. Normally I avoid chains, but it was a Sunday and my hair was getting too long. Anyway, I told her I wanted it short, but long enough to comb over. more
