Best salon in Asheville 3/12/2010

I have had my hair done in many salons around the country and have never been happier than I am at Attractions. Everyone has made me feel welcome and at home. They are prompt to return my calls and knowledgeable answering my questions. The best part is I have a great new look and change in my pocket! Thank you to the lovely stylist at Attractions..... Pros: Great customer service and I love my hair! more

nice place if you can ever reach a person with a pulse 1/9/2010

the stylist was nicely seasoned in her knowledge of hair styles. I do however question their method in communication. You call this salon only to get an automated message..You can ask no questions and then the chances that a person with a heart beat will call you back in a respectable frame of time is slim to nil. Nashville, Fort Worth and Detroit customer service it isn't. Out of 5 stars I would give it 2 1/2...You need to work on your PR. Pros: knowledgeable stylists Cons: terrible PR and customer service more
