Placed a to-go order, someone missed a jumbo gyro, I guess it's part my fault for not checking, BUT, when I called them to let them know, they called me a liar and agreed to replace the gyro, saying that they weren't going to make a big deal about it even though they were 100% sure it was packed. When my co-worker went to pick it up, three people behind the counter were giving him grief and calling him a liar too! I know it's not in the best neighborhood, but when you have guys in shirts and ties coming in saying that something is missing, guess what......it probably is! This is my first and LAST time going into this establishment, despite the fact that the food was pretty good. You just don't treat customers like that! I guess my business isn't that important to them. 9/20/11 2:00ish
