Highly Recommend!!!! 10/16/2011

Good: Highly recommend!!! I've gone here for years for yearly eye exams and for eye issues. Dr. Tsang has been fantastic and has gone above and beyond to help me find new solutions to try, for my eye problems--more so than any other eye doctor I have gone to. I also needed some accommodations at my workplace, for my eye issues. My employer requires doctors notes and paperwork for everything, and Dr. Tsang has always kindly filled it out for me, right away.. Bad: Nothing :). Improvements: N/A. more

Smart doctors 9/28/2011

I am 32 years old, works on the computer a lot. I never knew or was given the opportunity to improve my eyes!! I got new contacts and my astigmatism started going down. For the first time I was given an option!! wow... more

Great Practice 1/4/2011

We love this practice. We drive a hour 15 minutes one way to get my family's eyes checked. My daughter has strabismus and amblyopia and has received vision therapy at this office. She was able to restore functional vision when we we were told by other doctors that nothing can be done. Our daughter worked with a few different vision therapists which helped her adapt to changes better. My daughter now reads above grade level and when she started she could barely read anything and had lots of reversals. She no longer rights her b's and d's backwards and her self esteem has improved dramatically. We love the doctors and staff there, they are always helpful and efficient. The doctors really know their stuff. We will continue to go to this practice for a LONG time. Jenny, mom of 4 children more

Great Eye Doctors in Phoenix 6/28/2007

We had a child who had 20/20 acuity but couldn't see. These were the only people who diagnosed her problem as a focus issue and were able to provide vision therapy to teach her eyes to focus together. She now sees great, loves to read and is so much more coordinated physically. Every member of our family has been to Family Optometry for routine eye exams and have received the most comprehensive exams we've ever had. Don't plan on a "quickie" exam here because they take lots of time to ensure your eye health is perfect. They recommended I see an opthamologist for a procedure which made my life so much better. Every one of these doctors are professional and thorough. more

These Doctors know their stuff 10/25/2006

All four doctors in this practice are great. They deal with children, elderly, stroke patients, and disabled patients very well. They have a program in the practice called Vision Therapy, that involves activities that help in the development of better, and more comfortable vision. more
