Professional job done fast and done right. 11/18/2011

We had a very old furnace that quit working on a cold day. After hearing a recommendation from a friend, we called Family Air. They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and offered to fix the aging furnace but had concerns about how much longer it would last and how inefficient it was. We opted to replace it with a Carrier 58DLX furnace. Family Air (Jerry & Curtis) came out the next day and did a top notch professional installation of our new unit. Everything looks and works perfectly and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. more

Very helpful. 10/17/2011

I would use Family Air Conditioning and Heating again. I've had problems before, but the guy that was out here got the air conditioning unit and thermostat installed without any problems. I also had a problem with the furnace that he was very helpful with also. more

Excellent overall experience from diagnosis of my AC/heater problems and needs, installation, and post-installation follow up.. 10/8/2011

I was very satisfied with the overall experience with purchasing an AC/heater systems from Family Air. Jerry G. came out and was very detailed and methodical in evaluating the existing AC/heater system and then explaining the possible solutions and related installation procedures. Family's pricing was the lowest of the three bids The installation went very smoothly with the crew acting professionally and courteous to respond to any questions raised. They did miss installing a new vent in one of the rooms but the issue was remedied quickly once it was pointed out. After the installation, Jerry G. came out and did a great job in explaining the workings of the system controls and answer any questions. Overall, I was very satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend Family Air to any homeowner interested in replacing their AC/heater system. Gordon Imazu, July 2011 more

Will highly recommend to family & friends 9/29/2011

Our air conditioner recently went out during a triple digit heat wave (of course) and we contacted Family Air for a bid. They were prompt, courteous and professional and they replaced our air conditioner & furnace which were in excess of 30 years old. The work was performed in a single day at a reasonable cost with brand name Carrier equipment. How "COOL" is that! more

The people at Family Air Conditioning and Heating were super friendly. I called them up, and they were out to the house the next day. As soon as I was ready for them to make the repairs, they got it done fast, and correctly. Everyone was very accommodating and professional. Basically, my heating and air conditioning system needed an overworking. I was new to the area, so didn't know anyone off hand. I asked around, and a coworker recommended Family Air. His wife had know them for a long time, and trusted them. Well, it was a good recommendation, because I received perfect service. They are worth it. more

Professional, reasonable and friendly. 9/13/2011

I had another AC company check before I had Family Air Conditioning and Heating come out. The other company told me that I needed a new thermometer and a new AC. When the gentleman from Family Air came out, he was prompt, got here when he said he'd be here. He was nice and polite and explained that I needed a new AC, but only needed new batteries for the thermometer. He cleaned up when he was done. Also, Family Air was cheaper than the other company. I'd definitely use them again! more

Personable. Recommended by a friend at work. Plumber advised to use a family owned company rather than a big company like Pacific Air. Pacific Air quoted almost double what this cost to repace my furnace and air. more

Replacement of existing central air conditioning system and ducting 8/15/2011

I had several bids for the replacement of my existing central air conditioning system and asbestos ducting. Family Air offered the best options and pricing for my needs. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Both the asbestos removal company and Family Air were prompt, neat and professional during the installation. Family Air also arranged for all the inspections and delivered the final paperwork with all my rebates and tax credits listed. It was a pleasure doing business with Family Air. more

Professional and Courteous Installation 8/13/2011

I had great service from Family Air. They have installed complete A/C/heater unit in my house and my mother's house across the street on the same day. They completed the job on time and both system works perfectly. They were on top of getting the permits and taking care of the duct tests. I recommend using their services wholeheartedly. more

Excellent workmanship; good clean and timely installation; 8/4/2011

We are fully satisfied with both A/C-Heater unit and the tankless water heater installed this year. The ductwork, installed by family air 20 years ago is still tightly sealed. Now that is good workmanship. more

If you need ANYTHING done related to AC or heating, don't look any farther than Family Air. I can't overestimate how great our experience with them was, or what a great job they did installing our new AC/Furnace unit. Their price was very reasonable, everyone we dealt with was exceedingly friendly and helpful, and best of all, the finished product looks and works great. I wish every industry had a company like Family Air. more

The best deal in town. From personal service of the owner, to the professional and excellent skills of the technicians. We received three quotes and by far, Family Air had the best prices but still maintained high quality and excellent service. The installers were so clean, cared about our hardwood floors, and completely cleaned up afterwards. Made us feel they really took pride in their work and their customers. more
