Very Rude 11/23/2011

This place is sooo rude, after ruining several of my clothes they told me all white clothes turns brownish when dry cleaned and that I was the only person who complained so I should not come back! Also when I asked if they had insurance they said No and go away!! more

Worst Drycleaners Ever 11/23/2011

Fame Cleaners is the worst most dispicable Drycleaners I have ever dealt with!! They Ruined two of my wife's very expensive dresses and then refused to do anything about it. They said all black and white dresses are ruined when drycleaned and that the wool dresses all shrink 2 or more sizes when drycleaned for the first time. I explained that these were not new dresses and had been drycleaned before at Comet Cleaners in San Antonio, they even have the barcode permanent tags on them which I showed the owners. They just kept saying I am the only one who has ever complained and why wasn't everyone else complaining. In the end Fame's owner yelled at me and told me to sue him! These people are scum! Stay Away!! more

nice work 10/23/2005

i use them because they are right around the corner from my house. i may pay a little more than at some of the bigger companies but the convenience is worth it. i have never had a problem with them and my clothes are always ready on time. also they open at 7 am which means i can stop by on my way to work and drop off and then pick up on my way home. more
