Great service. Speedy repair. Friendly staff. Brought my home Rancilio espresso machine and they got it done in 2 days. In another company was told that would take 2 weeks.... Bought some Musetti coffee from them, excellent quality. Would not think twice to bring my machine to them again. Good experience overall. more

Rude and Rip Off Customers 11/10/2009

Placed an order with them was over charged.They will not send remainder order or credit me. Rude customer service. Hung up on me when I was trying to get a credit or my additional owed product. Lied to me and try to turn this around to make it my error. Cons: over charge,rude service and lie to customers more
