We are long-time customers. I don't know what happened with the 2007 review, but it doesn't match our experience at all. We've been very happy for around 15 years, and will continue to use this kennel as long as we have a dog. more

Absolutely Fabulous!! 2/14/2012

My parents started taking our dogs to Falls Boarding for both grooming and boarding nearly 40 years ago - and continue to do so. I now take my own dog there and cannot say enough about them. Both Joe and Linda are absolutely fabulous, caring people. Joe takes the time not only with your dog but also with you as he has provided helpful advice many times. I would recommend highly Falls Boarding and no where else! more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE 8/6/2007

After taking my pet here for a 2 week long board, i returned and my animal had lost weight and seemed very timid. A few weeks later, as chance would have it, i met a lady who used to work there and she said that they only feed the animals once per day and the owner, Joe, is extremely rough with the animals, kind of borderline abusive. I will never take my pets here again and do not recommend it to anybody else. more

Wonderful staff, very caring and friendly 9/18/2006

We have only had to board our dogs in a kennel once, so I can't really compare this place to another kennel, but I can say that this place is really great. They were great with both of our dogs, very caring and loving, helping them to feel comfortable. I wasn't sure how my dogs would do, but the staff here was so great that when we came back my dogs were just fine--and the staff had even given them a bath! I would definitely come back here if we needed a kennel again. PROS: Caring and friendly staff CONS: none more

I can't say enough good things about this business. They are very professional and caring staff. I take my dog to be groomed every 6-8 weeks and they are so loving toward him. They do an excellent job grooming. I drop him off in the morning and pick him up in the evening. PROS: easy access CONS: more
