I was absolutely appalled by their horrible customer service. They never returned my phone calls. They promised to return to my home the next day and never showed up with a replacement part. Then when i finally got someone on the phone they informed me they were out of the office for the next 3 weeks and i would have to wait until they returned. are you kidding me? then when i expressed my concern, well...they hung up on me. ps: i had bought 2 new cars from them within the last 3 years and have referred many others. such a mistake...i'll never work with them again.
