Great Service 8/24/2012

On Saturday my Volvo broke down on the road to Fairbanks AK. The trooper came out to help us and insisted on calling a tow truck. Your driver arrived shortly thereafter and took care of everything. I wanted to write this letter to thank you for his outstanding service. He was not only pleasant and polite but also efficient and quick. I would appreciate it if you could thank him for me. more

Best In Town 5/9/2012

These folks are great! Someone broke into my car after hours while I was visiting Fairbanks, AK, leaving a shattered window on a rainy night. They came out at 9 pm to put a sheet over the window and guide me to their shop. Then they gave me a lift to my hotel. They repaired the window straight away the next morning, and drove out to pick me up again. Not the cheapest, but who could ask for better speed or service? Wonderful people. Highly recommended. more

I was having a rough day with car trouble and they were patient with me on the phone, on time, extremely kind and professional, affordable, and honest. I recommend Fairbanks I Tow to everyone and want to thank them again for doing such an excellent job! more

Great Service 5/8/2012

This company was very prompt and 100% no hassle. Gave the address they picked up and dropped off our truck at the repair shop. We will use again! Thanks guys!! more
