I have worked with this company during many occassions and never had a problem with products, customer service or delivery. I am the director of an charitable organization that supports handicapped children in the foster care system. We do a benefit auction annually and Stacy Peebles, the owner, has never failed to help. I was in search of donations and contacted many companies via email in my search. Ms Peebles responded to my email and made a very considerable donation to our cause. Since the first year, she has not missed a charity auction and even made a cash contribution this year. In turn, I and members of our organization have ordered from this company numerous times and never had an issue. The staff is super friendly and eager to help you with problems or issues. I do not recommend this store. The owner of the company have accused me of being nasty after I cancelled my order and requested a refund because the items I ordered were out-of-stock when the website stated it wasn't when I ordered it. I guess she was not happy with my decision that I cancelled my order and misinterpreted my request as being demanding and ugly. It even came to a point of threatening me of forwarding my complaint to her lawyer (w/c does not bother me a bit). I HIGHLY recommend you look at other companies to do business with. more
