Worst

nice touch - serving their signature pizza gratis while we waited at the bar 45 minutes for a table on a saturday night... good flavor, but it was luke warm and the crust was limp...

HORRIBLE Experience. SAVE YOUR MONEY. 10/31/2010

Bait-and-switch wine list, fruit flies in the food/wine, inept servers, manager/owner who doesn't care... read the whole review at Yelp. Here's a link: http://tinyurl.com/2d27smr more

More than decent 4/28/2010

My ex-chef husband and I were pleased with Facci. Like others, we had a 15-20 minute wait on a Tuesday night. With no waiting area, we had to wait outside with our two-year-old. It would have been nice to have been offered water or wine while we waited. And like others, our service was lacking. But, the food was really good. Caprese salad to start, garden fries for my kid, wild mushroom pizza for me and veal parmigiana for my husband. Pizza was a little oily, but probably due to the truffle oil. I'd try another pizza next time. Pasta sauce was very nice. Nice wine selection. Although, my husband ordered a limoncello, which in most Italian restaurants means a shot, but was brought a lemon martini. I'll definitely go back. more

bland italian 4/25/2010

nice touch - serving their signature pizza gratis while we waited at the bar 45 minutes for a table on a saturday night... good flavor, but it was luke warm and the crust was limp...dealing with a sarcastic bartender who neither knows what an india pale ale is or how to pour one...when the table was available...our waitress was nice and enthusiastic...no problems except that the food was bland...decent portions, served nicely, for the price...but no real taste to any of the entrees...we'll give it one more try...maybe on a warm night and sit out overlooking the parking lot...see if they use some spices next time more

Bad Service - Decent Price\Food 4/18/2010

There were plenty of empty tables, but 40 min wait? Sat at the bar. Two bartenders, but service was slow. First nite at Facci bartender greeted us politely & excused himself to handle another, but refused to hand us menus when asked until he was completely finished with his prior customer. What was that about? I ordered a Sonoma Cab, wife a water. I checked the nose, it smelled fishy. Took a sip. Ugh Sour! Sent it back, asked for the Louis Martini. Confused look I got told me he thot I was ordering a martini instead of the Merlot on the list. 2nd glass smelled less fishy, but glass filled half as full. We were warned about the kitchen prior to ordering. The Pizza was hot and good, but we ordered calamari 20 minutes prior. Came out cold. more

Amazing 4/4/2010

I have been to Facci twice now. The first time, the service was a little slow but i have never had trouble with it other than the one entree that took a while. The other time i went, the food was out very fast even though there were many people dinning. The food is amazing. I am a huge fan of Italian food and i just love everything i have ordered. The bruschetta is unbelievable. I could eat that as my main course! The calamari was good too. Facci is a really great place to eat. more

Terrific food at reasonable prices! 4/1/2010

My friend and I have always loved Pasta Plus, but we wanted to try this new option for Italian food in Laurel. We're glad we did--the service was reasonably fast despite the large Friday lunch crowd, and the food was excellent! Selecting just one meal from the extensive menu was hard; there were easily a half-dozen items that I'd have been happy to try. I chose the Angel Hair Sophia Loren and loved it, and my friend was just as happy with the salad she chose (sorry, can't remember the name of it). My only caution is about the parking. Facci is in a strip mall with many other restaurants, and every single parking space was filled when we arrived--we had to park at the gas station next door! Try to go at an off-peak time, and you'll love it! more

Good entrees, so-so salad, service was fine 3/4/2010

My wife and I have been big fans of Pasta Plus in Laurel, where we have been having great Italian meals for 25 years. Facci is much closer, so went there for an early dinner. The caprese and a Mediterranean salad were just OK, but the linguini with clams and the shrimp fra diavolo were very, very good. Nice wine list, nice looking interior. No complaints about service. Be aware: there was a line to get in (on a Thursday) by 6pm - much like Pasta Plus more

Great Pizza, Pasta and Prices 2/12/2010

Went with my family of top critics (5 year old, 2 year old, grandp's, and parents) We all gave it a huge thumbs up for taste, presentation service and price. Will be back soon. more

Awesome Food!!!Friendly Service!!! 2/8/2010

Heard wonderful things about Facci and went with family to give it a go. We've become regulars now. Food is great! Shrimp Gondola and mussels to die for. Service was slow but extremely friendly... we didn't mind knowing how short staff they were since our first storm. They actually did great considering the swarm of business they've been getting. It's a great place for anyone to dine. Welcome to the neighborhood, Facci! You'll definitely see more of us! more

AMAZING ITALIAN 2/4/2010

We went to Facci last night for the first time. I will be the first to admit that service needed to be worked on, but I wasn't going there looking for my server to knock my socks off--but instead the food, which is EXACTLY what we got. The margarita pizze had the freshest mozzarella I have ever tasted and a wonderful flame crisp. The meatballs and spaghetti were exceptional and the canoli was to die for! I can not wait to try it again! more

Coming from a true italian... 2/2/2010

Born and raised in Italy, when I go out to eat, I look for authentic italian food. Unfortunately there are a lot of restaurants that the only thing they offer that true italian is the name. At Facci I can eat quality food "con i sapori italiani" without breaking the bank. Gino, the owner is always very friendly and attempt to details. The seafood is outstanding and highly recommend it! I think this restaurant is going to be a hit! more

Decent Pizza, But bad service 2/2/2010

So after being huge fans of Two Amy's for years, we decided to try Facci as it is only a few minutes from our house. We had heard many great things. The appetizers (mozz. capreses and mussels) were good, not great...we also split a margherita pizza. Our crust was a bit chewy and the pizza had one tiny speck of basil on it. In my books, it wasn't even in the same league as Two Amy's. The service was pretty terrible. We saw our waitress only two or so times and another waiter felt bad fo us and had to check in every once in a while. Water and wine glasses were left empty and we weren't given bread or olive oil until we'd been there for 20 mins. Hope we just caught them on an off day.... it'd be nice to have great italian near by.... more
