Worst	Friends of Nature The store is dingy and dimly lit. It is very difficult to get help from staff. Many of the staff do not know the basics of the items they sell or basic pet care.

The store may be an older store but if you bright lights and neon, go to a chain box store. If you want a retailer with quality food and educated personal come to Friends of Nature. I've had great assistance everytime i've been there. My new puppy/dog has a very sensitive stomach and skin allergies so finding her food that it agreable with her has not been easy. Friends of Nature has helped tremendously and having a producer of high quality dog food here in Mequon - FROMM is great!!! more

I shop often at Friends of Nature in Menomonee Falls, because the staff is knowledgeable, caring and friendly. The staff has been especially helpful with their product knowledge of the essential goods for my dogs, as they have grown from puppies to adults. This store has a huge selection of quality merchandise from nutritious food to fun toys for my pets. Yes, just as the name implies, they are Friends of Nature. Pros: ample parking, excellent value more
