This is shipping center is absolutely horrible! There is a 22-25yo guy that works the front desk at this location & his mom should smack him for the way he treats people.
My package was left in my yard, in the rain & was soaking wet! I went to this office to make a complaint, I knew it wasn't them that did it & it was the driver. When I went in I waited at the counter for about 4minutes, said hello several times & then this guy walks through the door....telling whomever he was on the phone with ""by I love you"" Didn't sound like it was related to his job.
As I set my soaking wet package on the counter I said ""I know this wasn't you, but this is what I found in my yard"", he gives me a crazy look and says ""A-n-d, what am I supposed to do"", I was upset b/c these were legal papers from my lawyer but once he said that I was almost on fire!
I said ""I need to speak with a suporvisor please"" immediately he says ""we don't have one"". I'm perplexed & heated....and now angry!!! ""what do you mean theres no suporvisor?"" ""we don't have one"". ""Your serious theres no suporvisor here at all"" ""nope so theres nothing I can do""
Before my top completely blew I asked for their name & the corporat phone number. ""It's on the package"" ""and that would be?"" ""1800GoFedEx"".....I left.
No I didn't go in all tee'd off, I wanted help & to see what could be done. And then this ""Customer Service guy"" wants to treat me like that....I filed a complaint with the BBB and within 24hrs I was refunded my shipping, recieved a $25 shipping gift card, & they covered my Attoreny's cost to replace the paperwork & his time. This branch of FedEx has to be the worst in the country! BEWARE BEFORE YOU USE THEM! I closed my FedEx Business account & will NEVER use them again!
