I've never had a bad meal here. It's noisy but good! Avoid eating here around lunch if you can help it. It can get really busy. Pros: Food Cons: Noise

Quick. Cheap. Good. 3/31/2010

With a couple locations around town including Sandy Springs and the larger spot on Peachtree Street in Midtown, Fresh to Order is one of the few places where an office worker can snag roasted pork loin with apricot chutney for about $10 in about 10 minutes. Salads, panini sandwiches, and other ""long plates"" give you quite the bang for your buck. It's a nice compromise for foodies who are in a hurry and don't feel like scouting out (or driving to) the closest farm-to-table joint yet shudder at the thought of Mickey D's. Give the burrito joint a break and check this place out next lunch hour. Pros: Creative menu for the masses entices usual fast food goers Cons: Still feels like a franchise more

yummm 2/16/2009

Fresh2Order is delicious- love all the paninis and salads. It is on the pricier side for just a lunch-y place. Free 1 hour parking in the Spire deck. more

Great Sandwiches, Great Coffee 12/12/2008

The new F2O opened in my office building in Buckhead about a month ago. I tried grits for breakfast my first visit. They are made to order, so it did take a little while (every southerner knows it takes at LEAST 15 minutes to cook ""real"" grits). They were juuuust a little bit ""gritty"" but good nonetheless. For no extra charge, I added cheese and bacon. The portion was enough for two breakfasts. The coffee was strong and delicious! (I will call ahead and order grits next time so they have time to cook a little longer without me hanging around waiting.) My next visit was for lunch. I had the Turkey Club Panini which was small, but absolutely delicious. Turkey was tender and tasty and the veggies were all very fresh. And they could serve a larger bag of chips and drink for a lunch that cost almost $11, but that is my only complaint. The staff were all very, very nice (which is hard to find in restaurants these days) and the restaurant itself is modern and well decorated. I will definitely go again and try something new. (.... I am thinking happy hour at their wine bar after 5:00 one day.... ) Pros: Extremely Friendly Service; Good Location; Fresh Food; Cons: Small Portions more

all the good reviews couldn't get me to go back again 11/24/2008

here's the deal. a new f2o just opened in my office building in buckhead. i tried the tomato mozzerela panini with lemonade and chips, and a grit cake.\r \r the panini was good. it's hard to mess up tomato and mozzerela.\r \r the potato chips, which referenced on the menu were house made kettle chips, were in fact the smallest (1 and 1/2 ounce) bag of lay's i've ever seen. there were literally 11 chips in the bag.\r \r the lemonade was god awful. it wasn't sweet, it wasn't tangy, it was actually chalky tasting, and it tasted like someone snuck vegetables into it.\r \r the grit cake was a clump of grits. i think it was supposed to be garlicy...? clump. of. grits.\r \r $11 later, i would just as soon walk down to corner bakery, save myself $5, and get exactly what i'm paying for. or around the corner to big apple and pay for some real good zapp's potato chips.\r \r in their defense, the lady behind the counter was very nice. Pros: ideally situated in my office building, looks like they spent a fortune on the inside. Cons: not for the value-oriented, lemonade will let you down. more

Dependable 9/1/2008

I have been to this place more times than I can count. Always good service and salads are perfect every time. I know I can get a good, healthy meal in a hurry. Restaurant is clean and servers are friendly. Lots of combinations to pick from including a large drink selection. Pros: Service, Dependable food, Lots of options on the menu Cons: Parking more

The Only Way To Satisfy a Lettuce Craving! 5/20/2008

If you like a really fresh salad, served with a unique flair and great service, this is the place to go. It is our ""go to"" restaurant when we need to get in our greens and some roughage! Always fresh, always delicious, the staff is very nice, the line moves like greased lightning. We especially like the Cobb Salad with Chicken Tenders, but everything we've tried is good. Pros: Best Salads Around Cons: Noise level - inside or out more

Great Salads 2/20/2008

Love the soups and salads. Economical. Great dine in for lunch. Plan for an early lunch. Lines are out the door, however, service is quick Pros: Great food Cons: Long lines more

WE LOVE THE JOHN'S CREEK/DULUTH LOCATION ON MEDLOCK BRIDGE! 7/16/2007

We dine at the John's Creek location, so this review is for them :-). ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! The soups and salads are incredible....actually, everything is incredible. Love the atmosphere, music, citrus iced tea, service, outdoor dining. It's just great! They also have a wonderful summer jazz series on Saturday evenings. Truly a winner! Pros: everything....we keep coming back and always bring our friends more

f2o Fresh to Order 7/13/2007

Awesome restaurant for food. Management is there to serve and really is interested in patrons comments and works hard to change/add whatever is mentioned. Set menu and the sauces and condiments are unusual and very, very good. I highly recommend the salmon! BEST ice tea in town!!!! Healthy foods and friendly atmosphere. We eat both lunch and dinner there twice a week or more! Grandson loves the food, so child friendly. Out door tables and couch and chairs for visiting. Good touch! We wish the whole staff great success! Tony and Susan Green more

The seared tuna on any salad is fabulous. The salad dressings are very good. They must be made from scratch 7/13/2007

I am in the food business, and take my clients to F2O at least twice a week. I am absolutely hooked on this restaurant. The best salads in Atlanta. I like the fact that you can add or take off anything to customize your salad. Go once, and you are hooked!! more

Service with a Smile 7/13/2007

Owner greets you at the door with a smile. I pick-up lunches for my office and time is always an issue. \r F2O staff is trained to place orders quickly and turn around time is fast. Food is always delicious an freshly made to order. Love the chicken kabobs and ahi tuna salads. Love the tea blends. Pros: Quick service and delicious prepared meals Cons: Lots of children during the day more

Best salad in the area!!! 7/13/2007

I've been eating here since they opened and I love that I know the manager by name!!! The food is always great, the service prompt and friendly. I haven't had a salad there that I haven't liked. I just wish they offered delivery service....I might not eat anywhere else!!! Pros: Food, Service, Price Cons: Ambience could use some warmth more

Best Salad 7/13/2007

We eat at the Roswell restaurant at least once a week. I love the market salad. You can add a meat topping but the sald is excellent without it. more

Best Salads in Town 7/13/2007

I've been eating at F2O Midtown since the week it opened up May 2006. On average, I eat there 5 times a week. The salads are not only the best in town, but the price value can't be beat. The meals are always fresh and they are created with flavors to encompass all the taste senses. I continually bring guests who highly rave afterwards about their experiences. From lunch in the afternoon, to a dinner on the patio with a glass of wine, to brunch on weekends, the experience is one you won't regret. Pros: Long hours; fast service; outside seating; friendly people Cons: Parking; take Marta if you live outside the city more

Sandy Springs Location is Great 3/5/2007

After years of living in Buckhead, my husband & I have now settled in Sandy Springs and we are trying to replace our casual, regular eating spots with some nearer to home. We were so happy after trying F2O this weekend on Roswell. This is our new replacement for old standards like Eatzis and Wolfgang Puck. The salad was loaded with toppings, not just lettuce, and with the chicken skewers added on it made a good size meal. The pork sandwich was warm and the flavors of the carmelized onions and sweet potato sauce made for a very unique, upscale taste. And they even have a roughly 8-bottle wine selection! Skip the grit cake - it was well made, but a bit thick and bland. This is just the spot we've been missing in Sandy Springs. I can't wait until the weather is warm and we can eat salads on the patio, then head accross the street to Brewsters for a scoop of ice cream. We'll have to try it for brunch some time too. Pros: Light, different food. Cheap. Wine & beer. Patio. Cons: Located in empty strip mall. Sides a bit pricey. more

Real Food for Lunch 1/19/2007

I work right down the street and eat here a couple of times a week. The salads are the best in town and the great thing is that you can ""add on"" whatever meet/seafood you want. I'm not sure I have had the same thing twice. The sandwiches are good, usually not as good as the salads in my opinion. I do have one gripe. Potato Crisps? Just call them what they are for God sake. A bag of Lay?s and guys... for the price do you think you could throw in a BIG 1 oz bag of chips (not crisps). The .5 oz bag is almost as silly as the micro-bag of 5 peanuts that you get on airlines. But truly this is the best place that I have found in midtown for a somewhat healthy, fast and tasty lunch. Pros: Great Food Everytime Cons: The ""Potato Crisps"" more

You should try the Sandy springs location too!!!! 11/25/2006

I work in midtown and have been going to the F2O there for months now, but i just discovered that yhey have a sister restaurnat on Roswell Road, Sandy Springs. At last, a fast casual restaurant that is good!!!!! Just what Sandy Springs needed. The service is friendly, there is a great buzz about the place, and the food is to die for. I had the mediteranean greek salad, with crispy calamari and oriental apricot dressing. The calamari just melted in my mouth, and the dressing was a taste sensation...also try the raspberry vigagrette dressing!!! My husband had the salmon and that was perfectly done... And they recently added deserts to their menu. The chocolate mousse filled profitterolls are amazing! Sandy Springs dwellers, try this restaurant, you will not be disappointed!!! Keep up the good work!!! Pros: great value for money, fresh, fast, fantastic!!! more

Hip & Healthy West Coast Nosh! 11/24/2006

Yes it is Black Friday, and we had an early jaunt to trendy Atlantic Station. We could not even begin to get into one of the establishments there. Back across the 17th.St,.Bridge, into the ground floor of The Spire, talking about a hot new high-rise condo, to the new Fresh to Order. It's fast casual, order at counter-server brings to table-very hip West Coast feel and vibe. Soups, sandwiches, and something new to us, 3/4 plates(?). These are best described as larger than a small/tapas plate, but not as large as a regular serving. Whatever. It's new and trendy for ATL! And is it tasty. My partner could not resist the Bleu Cheese Lettuce Wedge and I just started out with a terrific homemade soup. The Tuscan Vegetable. Next to Souper Jenny, this might be one of the best places in the city for soups. Upon a friends tip, I ordered the Panini Grilled Steak, with Blue Cheese/Horseradish. It was more than on target.. My other half ordered a veggie club. And it was very good also. And those large windows overlooking the pedestrian traffic on Peachtree, was an additional plus. Finally the Midtown Miracle Mile is happening, one stop at a time. Update-12/3/06--Had the most wonderful homemade cream of Mushroom Soup yesterday, topped with Truffle Oil. The best we have ever had. Pros: Healthy & Delicious Noshes! Very Cool Midtown Location! Cons: n/a more
