Last year, while visiting the Concord area, the rental car that I was driving was rear-ended by Mr. Frank Sacherski's company van. Although Mr. Sacherski's insurance company covered part of the damages, I was still stuck with a large bill from the rental company. Given that Mr. Sacherski was entirely at fault in the accident, I thought that it would be reasonable for him to pay the outstanding charges. However, after months of phone calls and letters, he still has not responded to my requests and I will likely have to go to court to settle this matter.
Potential customers have the right to know how a business owner will conduct himself before they bring him their business. Unfortunately, Mr. Sacherski's conduct in this matter casts doubt on his professionalism and reflects poorly on both him and his business.
