One of the worst business experiences i have ever had, I took an air file (new $159) and an air rachet by haus cambell (new $ $23) in for a loan for gas money till tomarrow (this happened today) i asked to borrow 20 and he said "": I Can't do it...sorry... I asked how about 10 andhe just shook his head to the negative. I then picked up my two items and forgetting my tx drivers license andheaded for the door saying How do you stay in Business, that.is when the owner said ""Well, it ain't from doing business with the F***ing, (Forgive me)likes of you). I continued on towards the door saying I didn't mean to piss you off so much you gotta start cussing at me.. that is when his enployee put both his hands on my lapels and shoved me spinning me backwards causeing me to land in a heap in front of the front door. No other customers were present.and i hurridly got up and out of there. I went to my truck and proceded to pull out of the parking lot as the employee stood on the front step doing a big ""Santa laugh:"" ""Ha ha ,you're an idiot, Ha ha!. as i crossed one lane of traffic and put my turn signal on to pull from houston st to 75 access road, I heard aloud hollar ""HeyIdiot,""I got your drivers license"" Acting Stupidly i put my truck in reverse because now there was two small cars beside me but nothing behind me. i then pulled back in to f&i pawn parking lot getting out of my truck. as i walked towards demanding my drivers license when i was struck square in the face With a closed Fist then he again grabbed my lapel and threw me to the ground a second time. skinning up my leg Think I,(it could of happened the first time he threw me down... at no time did I raised my arms or hands or in any way make a threating Gestures.as I stood up blood coming from my nose the employee said You'll never see 'em again, HA, HA ,HA... .I could not get a loan anywhere as long as he has my DL
I am a veteran, disabled, living on social security And Realizing I was just strongarm robbed of a drivers license, I started hollering someone call 911at the top of my lungs ... a man in a sherriff's car said he would get someone on the way.
when the police arrived and i told them what had happened, noting that their survailence camera would have caught it and that they still had my license the employee told the officer he threw it out the front door (where i have been since being struck) the officer did walk around the parking lot just to make sure it wasn't there.
Anyways,to make a long story shorter the Police took a report for two crimes, 1, assault causing bodily injury to the disabled and 2, theft of under 50 dollars, (My drivers License)The assault charge is a felony because i am disabled, and they both said they :did have it but threw it out in the parking lot.
admitting to the officers they did have it but don't now.
Maybe they might do better after a judge deals with them but my advice is to stay far, far away.
