They are great over the phone, though they might forget to correctly put in your pick up address and name and then they'll have you waiting on a saturday morning to be picked up for your first class. Funny thing is they are very strict with their payments, they won't forget to charge nor they will let you have a refund. My instructor was very unorganized, from the very first class I asked her if she could please give me the days of when I was going to take the classes since I was aware that I was only going to be able to take one lesson a week due to the instructor's availability. For my first lesson, not only did she arrive half an hour late but had me pay for her mistake, she didn't give me the full 90 mins the lesson is supposed to be, but she promised to let me do it the next class, then she said she'd give me a class certain day and she never did, she called me unexpectedly and asked me if I was available to take the class that day since she wasn't going to have any other open spots for a while. After my second class I asked her AGAIN to give me an schedule for my next class and she promised to text me on sunday and give me the dates and times for my next classes, she never texted me that sunday nor she answered to my texts. She was always on her phone, either texting or talking to some friend about an issue that really wasn't relevant during her work hours, she'd freak out when I made a mistake, but guess what a new driver with a instructor that is always on her phone would do? After I had had enough I called the agency to have them give me a refund, they said they couldn't and after speaking to the instructor they apologized for not having A/C in their car for one of my lessons, apparently my instructor had told them this was the root of my complaining, but it wasn't, I never complained about it, lol. My advise is, if you're going for EZ Learning Driving School make sure you have TIME since everything will be at their convenience even though this is a service you're paying for. Also, ask who your instructor will be if they say ""DULCE"", mhmm, think about it before you agree.
