Eyeland

Upon first calling for an Opthamologist, the woman on the phone was pleasant, and stated that indeed there was an Opthamologist in the office. Upon my visit, I found this to not be true and to top it off, a woman in the office basically called me a liar to my face saying that no one there would say that! They were rude and incompetent, they gave me a RX for a smaller size than usual. When I called this morning to speak with the eye doctor (keeping in mind there is no Opthamologist there,) they said that they would call me back, go figure. Now at days end, much to my surprise they did call and said they would no longer treat me. Imagine tghey lie, they are rude, ignorant, incompetent. Not to mention my small billfold that was left behind has miraculously dissappeared (someone must have really needed it). I would not reccomend these people to my worst enemy. In these economic times to give a smaller size to only have to pay the same amount, is absurd. The worst of it all is that they would lie to get a copay and not an Opthamologist, like they said worked in the practice. Wasting peoples time, gas, patience, raising blood pressures, lying to the public was illegal, last time I checked! more

I have been here on several occassions with good service. I though I would try the new Eye Masters in Conroe. Bad decision. I was given a bad exam, and told I had the beginnings of macular degeneration. Went to specialist and he said I had no eye disease. He said my glasses were defective with waves. I went back to Eyemasters and they would not replace the lens. Im going back to Eyeland. more

When ordering the glasses and frames for the new prescrtion the technician cleaned my old glasses and broke the frames. First I was charged $225.00, the full price for frames that they had that did not fit my old frames which I had to wear these glasses until my others returned, for about two week. Then because I protested they gave me a $112.50 for half. I found an old frame at home that would fit these frames which they put in for me but not refund me the other $112.50. I have made trips and phone calls which have not been returned. This was their error not mine. Will not do business again with this company, more

I've never had my eyes examined here, but I've bought several pairs of glasses here over the years. Service is always fast and friendly. They offer a wide range of frames---from utilitarian to downright funky. Highly recommended. more

I went here for my eye exam. Everyone was friendly. This is a nice place. They have a large selection of frames. I will go back to this place. The doctor is very good. The doctor spends time with his patients and answers any questions you might want to ask. They are very up to date on the latest things. They have a new eye machine that scans your eyes and suppose to be very new. You have to check to see if your insurance pays for this. more
