The customer service is pathetic. I called to reorder an eye medication first thing int he morning and they got back to me at end of day and wouldn't renew it. They would NOT give me an appt until 5 days later FOR AN EYE INFECTION. EYES ARE TOO IMPORTANT TO SCREW AROUND WITH AND THEY SHOULD KNOW THIS. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR ON THEIR PART. The doctors also prescribed me contacts that caused this infection. more

Professional Eye Care Center 12/21/2005

I get my eye examination here every year and see Dr. Beiler.He is very professional, knowledgeable, and knows the latest in optical technologies.The staff are all very friendly and caring.They also have an optical store right in their office.The prices for their glasses were very reasonable and had a good selection to choose from. I never have a hard time getting an appointment. more
