Every time I've gone to Eye Care Associates in Richardson, my appointment has started on time. I'm able to schedule my appointment for my lunch hour and not worry about being late getting back to work. They've also always provided good fittings for my new glasses, and were able to quickly get replacements for lenses I'd scratched. The prescriptions have always been correct, and the receptionist is friendly. The waiting area looks nice though I've never had to spend much time there. Overall, this is the best place I've been for eye exams and buying new glasses.
